No. Only registered users of make room bookings. To become a registered user, contact Rod on 0411 405 847 to discuss your needs. You will then be invited to make a time to come and view the rooms. From there, if you decide to join, you will be given a brief induction andyou can then start making bookings.

Registered users are provided with access to the online booking calendar. Users can log on and make bookings as needed. After making a booking, a confirmation email is sent.

Yes. The minimum booking duration is one hour. Bookings can commence on the hour, half-hour or quarter-hour (e.g. 2pm, 2.15, 2.30 or 2.45pm) and can run for as long as required e.g. 1 hour, 1hr & 15mins or 2hrs & 30mins etc etc.

Cancellation policy:


There is no charge for cancellations made with more than 30 days notice.

When cancelled with more than 24 hours notice, users can cancel 4 hours per month without charge

Beyond the first 4 per month (with more than 24 hours notice), a fee of $7 per cancellation will be charged

All late cancellations (cancelled less than 24 hours before the booking start time) incur a fee of $10

The cancellation fee policy is designed to discourage users from booking multiple sessions that they think they may or may not need in the future – thereby denying others the opportunity to use/book those sessions.

Users are emailed an invoice at the end of each month.
