At our Fitzroy North location there are four consulting rooms available for rent.
Members are welcome to book as few or as many sessional hours as they need via a simple online booking system, at very affordable rates. There is also the option of regular, ongoing half-day and whole-day bookings.
There's plenty of support and assistance for those who are unsure about, or unfamiliar with, online booking.
The rooms are easily accessed by public transport, and there is free parking (up to 8 hours) within a few minutes' walk.

Booking isn't automatic — we like to meet new practitioners first. Here's how it works.
Call or email us about the days and hours you're looking for. New users are always welcome.
We'll arrange a time to show you the rooms and answer any questions about the space.
Once you're set up as a member, we create your account and walk you through the booking system.
Members book rooms directly, any time, through our simple online booking system — by the hour, half-day or whole-day.

Membership of consultingrooms.melbourne is subject to the following terms.
- Practitioners are to maintain appropriate public liability insurance. A copy of a current insurance certificate is to be provided to the manager upon initial registration, and upon request at any time during the ongoing usage of the rooms.
- All rooms usage is to be recorded in the online booking system (practitioners can use the rooms for note-taking and other non-client work if the room is not booked by another user).
- Rooms are to be vacated prior to the end of the booked time — that is, practitioners are to finish on time and avoid going over their booked hour.
- Each practitioner is to be available to greet their own client at the front door and to see their client off the premises.
- Rooms must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
- Professional courtesy is to be shown to other practitioners and to the clients of other practitioners.
- Room users are to pay their monthly invoice prior to the due date (15 days after being sent via email). A $10 administration fee applies to overdue accounts.
Cancellation policy
- Users can cancel up to four hours per month without incurring a cancellation fee.
- There is a $7 cancellation fee for each hour cancelled beyond the first four per month.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a $10 cancellation fee.
- Cancellation charges will be included in monthly invoices.
